  A: For Only $99.00 .... Special promotion! Your property is listed with us Free of charge for a three month period . If your house has not sold after 3 months, simply send us a e-mail requesting another 3 month free period. If we do not receive an extension request we will asssume your property has been sold and will delete your listing from our data base. We do this to keep our listings fresh and up to date.

• Q: What happens if I decide to list my property with a Realtor after I have listed it on this site?
  A: If you decide to list your property with a Real Estate Agent anytime after you have added it on our classifieds site, all you have to do is log in and replace your contact information with your Realtors address, telephone number, fax number, pager number or any other contact instructions.
